In your responses to prompts, strive to be concise, but fully answer the questions posed and provide evidence/support. While responses can vary, aim for at least 300 words in response to each prompt. You are also required to edit an attachment (Theta Stakeholder Identification Template.docx) and then submit it.

The purpose of the assignment is to gain scenario-based practice with a key aspect of successful project management, ensuring that all stakeholders are effectively engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Case Study Information and Prompts

Theta Corporation is a medium-size company that builds medical products. It is currently undertaking an R&D project to design a new medical device. The project involves multiple stakeholders with varying levels of power, interest and influence. One of the early actions for the project manager was to identify the stakeholders, analyze them, and create a communication plan.

Multiple stakeholder identification techniques were employed to create a list of potential stakeholders. These techniques included:

· Brainstorming Sessions

· Stakeholder Identification Workshops

· Organizational Chart Reviews

· Project Documentation Reviews

· Contract Reviews

A potential list of stakeholders was identified through these techniques:
