The case study is about Theta Corporation, a medical device company. Theta is embarking on a new R&D project to design and deliver a new medical device. This part of the case study will explore stakeholder management and communication and allow you to exercise your knowledge and skills. The case study requires you to examine the information in the case study itself and in various attachments. The observations and responses to the prompts should be entered into your clearly labeled response Word document that will be submitted for this assignment. In your responses to prompts, strive to be concise, but fully answer the questions posed and provide evidence/support. While responses can vary, aim for at least 300 words in response to each prompt. You are also required to edit an attachment (Theta Stakeholder Identification Template.docx) and then submit it.
The purpose of the assignment is to gain scenario-based practice with a key aspect of successful project management, ensuring that all stakeholders are effectively engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
