The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the largest Human Resource association in the world. For this assignment, complete the following:

Submit a 1.5 – 2 Word Document Times New Roman, 12 point font, double spaced) to address the following questions:
- State one new thing you learned about human resource development from the SHRM website.
- You are a manager in the workplace. How could you use this new learning to help benefit yourself, your employees, and your company?
- Should companies invest in the development of their employees, and why or why not?
- How can HRD be linked to the goals and strategies of an organization?
