Healthcare Organization nurse manager Interview
The nurse manager of a nursing home hospital plays an important role in ensuring that the strategic objectives of a facility are aligned to its mission, vision, and goals and strategic plans. Their role in ensuring that the operational performance of a nursing home affects a facility either positively or negatively cannot be understated. In the interview, the nurse manager outlined her role and the scope of her responsibilities which included ensuring that the nursing facility operated efficiently and optimally. Moreover, the interview highlighted certain periods wherein the healthcare organization’s operational performance improved the patient satisfaction index of a company. Given that most of the patients at nursing homes suffer from debilitating conditions, the nurse manager revealed that they have invested in technology to ensure that medication compliance is achieved by the patients. Further, the interviewee expressed admiration at the way the nurse manager answered questions and largely agreed to them. Also, the nurse manager was pressed for explanation by form of additional questions from the interviewee.
